Inspect the tubing monthly for wear or cracking, and lubricate it every 3,000 gallons or 6 months using a Versa grease pack.

What happens if I leave it too long?

Peristaltic tubing fatigues with use. A tube left in service past its interval is more likely to crack or split under the rotor, which means a leak of whatever you're dosing rather than a controlled dose into the tank.

Suitable for, and not suitable for

Suitable as a routine replacement part for any Versa VX-1 pump. Not a fix for a pump that isn't dosing at all – if the pump motor itself has stopped, that's a different fault and this part won't resolve it.

Goes well with

Versa Single 24V 1A power supply

Versa Base Station

Warranty and delivery

Standard delivery Australia-wide.

Common questions

Does this fit the Versa pumps on a Base Station?

Yes – the pump mechanism is identical whether the pump is standalone or docked on a Base Station.

Do I need any tools to fit it?

No – the fittings are push-to-connect, and the retainer clips into place by hand.

Does it include the grease for the rotor?

No – grease is sold separately as a Versa Grease Pack, on its own maintenance interval.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0972/7236/5347/files/versa-replacement-tube-assy-43203670049059.webp?v=1790235416
