Bioscape Replace Input/Output Control Unit PRO Canister
The input/output valve block for the Bioscape PRO canister filter, where the inlet and outlet hoses lock onto the filter head. This is the component carrying the PRO range's quick shut-off levers – the part that lets you close off both hoses in one motion before lifting the canister for a clean, rather than draining water everywhere.

Will it fit my filter?
This part fits all three PRO filter sizes – 1050, 1620 and 2000 L/h. Note that the 2000 L/h model (BIS542) ships with 19/25 mm hose against 16/22 mm on the 1050 and 1620, so keep your existing hose and clamps when you swap this unit rather than assuming the new part changes your hose size.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for the Bioscape PRO Easy Clean Canister Filter range only. Not suitable for the Bioscape Tropic or Stainless Steel canister filter ranges, which use a different head design.
Care and maintenance
Replace this unit if a lever no longer clicks fully shut, if you see water weeping from around the hose collar with the lever closed, or if the shut-off no longer holds while the filter is running.

Do I need to replace my hoses when I fit this?
No – this part replaces the valve block on the filter head itself. Your existing hose and clamps reconnect to it in the same way they connected to the original.
Does one part suit all three PRO filter sizes?
Yes, BIS567 is listed by Bioscape as fitting BIS540, BIS541 and BIS542.
