Rockwork is the structure a reef tank is built on. It carries the corals, gives fish territory and hiding places, and once it is colonised it becomes a large part of the tank's biological filtration.

We stock dry reef rock and aquascaping pieces from Bioscape, CaribSea and Java Reef Rock, along with shelf and branch shapes for building open structures. Dry rock arrives clean and free of pests, then seeds with bacteria from the tank over the first few weeks.

Build with gaps and overhangs rather than a solid wall against the glass. Water needs to move through the structure, and you will want room to place corals and get a magnet behind it later.
