Seachem

Seachem was founded by Dr Leo Morin more than 40 years ago and is based in Madison, Georgia, and each bottle does one clearly stated job. Prime is the dechlorinator that also detoxifies ammonia, Stability adds beneficial bacteria, Pristine and Clarity keep water clean and clear, and a long line of buffers and salts sets pH and hardness for discus, Malawi and Tanganyika cichlids, goldfish, axolotls and brackish tanks. Matrix, Purigen, PhosGuard, de*nitrate and MatrixCarbon are the filter media. Flourish fertilisers, Flourite and Onyx substrates and Equilibrium serve planted tanks; Reef Fusion, Reef Builder and Reef Complete serve the reef; and NutriDiet flakes, Tidal hang on filters, MultiTest kits and the Ammonia and pH Alert sensors round it out.

Dose by tank volume as the label directs rather than by eye, because Seachem's concentrates go a long way.
