A drop-in glass door for a cracked or lost paludarium panel. The Exo Terra PT4946 is the genuine replacement front door for the Pro Paludarium Small/X-Tall (PT4406), a 45 x 45 x 90 cm enclosure. It's the same 6 mm glass door with its original spring-loaded latch and hinge fitting, built to swap onto a PT4406 without reworking the frame.

What's included, and not included
In the box: one glass door assembly with its latch and hinge hardware already fitted. Not included: the enclosure itself, and no sealant is needed or supplied – the waterproofing lives in the base, not the door.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suited to a Pro Paludarium Small/X-Tall (PT4406) with a cracked, chipped or missing door where the frame itself is undamaged. Not a fit for any other Pro Paludarium size – the X-Small/X-Tall, Medium/X-Tall and Large/X-Tall models each use a different door; the X-Small/X-Tall's replacement door is listed separately as PT4942.
Fitting
Lift the damaged door clear of its hinge points, then align the replacement door's hinge pins with the frame before letting the spring latch engage. No sealant is needed at the door itself.
Safety
Handle the glass door by its frame edges rather than the pane face, and check the latch engages fully before leaving an animal unattended in the enclosure.

Common questions
Will this fit my Medium or Large paludarium?
No – PT4946 is sized for the Small/X-Tall (PT4406), 45 x 45 x 90 cm. Larger models use wider doors specific to their own frame size.
Does it come with the hinge and latch fitted?
Yes – the door ships as a complete assembly with its spring-loaded latch and hinge hardware already attached.
Do I need silicone to fit it?
No. The door hangs on the frame's hinge points; sealant is only used in the waterproof base, not around the door.
