Will it fit my filter?
This cover is specific to the Repti Clear Internal Filter 250 (F250). It does not fit the smaller F150 or the larger F350 — those use their own impeller components, including the F350's separate impeller assembly shaft (RP196D). Check your filter's model number, printed on the housing, before ordering.
Care and maintenance
Rinse the cover and impeller together during your regular filter clean to clear any grit that's worked its way into the housing — grit under the cover is the usual reason an impeller starts grinding rather than spinning freely.
