Exo Terra Repti Flo 200 Mini Pump
A compact submersible pump that replaces the motor inside Exo Terra's own waterfalls and pebble fountains, or drives a stream you're building yourself. The Repti Flo 200 is the same pump Exo Terra fits inside its waterfall units, sold separately for replacement or DIY water features.
Key features
- Fully submersible – sits in the reservoir at the base of the waterfall or stream.
- Energy-efficient, maintenance-free motor – a sealed unit, not designed to be opened or serviced.
- Genuine replacement pump – the same unit fitted inside Exo Terra's own waterfall and pebble fountain ranges.
- Takes 3/16" (approx. 4.8 mm) ID tubing – suits the spouts and hosing on Exo Terra's own units and most small aquarium tubing.

Performance at head height
Manufacturer-rated output falls as the pump lifts water higher – the single headline figure only applies with no lift at all.
| Head height | Flow rate |
|---|---|
| 0 cm (no lift) | 150 L/h |
| 30 cm | 98 L/h |
| 40 cm | Rated maximum head – flow drops toward zero |
Plan the drop height of your waterfall or stream against the 30 cm figure rather than the 150 L/h headline number.
Will it fit my waterfall?
Suits Exo Terra Waterfall RP50, RP51 and RP67, and Exo Terra Pebble Waterfall RP242, RP243 and RP244 (sold internationally as PT2905, PT2906 and PT2907). Also suitable for the Exo Terra Reptile Fountain, and for building a custom drip wall or stream using 3/16" tubing.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for terrarium and paludarium water features, indoor use, fully submerged operation. Not suitable for outdoor ponds, for running out of water, or for pumping anything other than plain water – it is not rated for the chemicals in a medicated hospital tank.
Safety
Mains-powered and designed to run fully submerged; do not run dry. The power cord and motor are factory-sealed and cannot be serviced – a damaged cord means the pump is replaced, not repaired.
Warranty and delivery
Covered by Exo Terra's standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Sent from Brisbane / North Lakes, standard parcel delivery Australia-wide.
Common questions
Will this pump run my waterfall as fast as when it was new?
If your waterfall has slowed down, a tired original pump is the most common cause – this restores it to the rated 150 L/h at zero head.
Can I use it to build my own water feature, not just replace an Exo Terra one?
Yes. It takes standard 3/16" ID tubing, so it works in most small DIY terrarium streams and drip walls, not only Exo Terra's own units.
How high can I run tubing before flow drops off?
Its rated maximum head is 40 cm, delivering about 98 L/h at 30 cm. Beyond that the pump is working at its limit and flow falls away quickly.
Is it safe to leave running continuously?
Yes – it's built for continuous submerged operation, which is how Exo Terra runs it inside its own waterfall units. Just don't let the reservoir run dry.
