Fluval FX4/FX2 Impeller Assembly
A replacement magnetic impeller for the Fluval FX2 and FX4 canister filters. The impeller is the spinning part in the motor head that moves water through the filter; a magnet on it is driven by the motor. This is Fluval's genuine impeller assembly (part A20208), listed by Fluval for the FX2 and FX4. Replace it when the blades are chipped or cracked, or flow stays weak after a full clean.

Suitable for the Fluval FX2 and FX4. The FX5 and FX6 use a different impeller (Fluval part A20206). The FX2/FX4 impeller shaft is also sold separately (Fluval part A20199, listed as Fluval FX4 Impeller Shaft, our SKU PF152E).
Care
Unplug the filter before opening the motor head, and clean the impeller housing when you fit the new impeller.
