The rigid tube that carries water from your FX canister's strainer to the rim. The Fluval FX4/FX5/FX6 Intake Stem (genuine Fluval part A20225) is the rigid intake tube that connects the strainer at the substrate end to the rim connector at the top of the tank. Replace it if the original has cracked, snapped, or gone missing from a second-hand filter.
