Fluval Spec 3 Output Nozzle 10ltr 19ltr

The genuine output nozzle for the Fluval Spec III and Spec V nano aquariums.

This is Fluval part A14654, the moulded nozzle and uplift tube that clips onto the internal filter box and directs the pump's outflow back into the tank. If yours has cracked, gone brittle or is missing its flow-diffuser slots, this restores the original spray pattern rather than a plain jet.

Key features
  • Genuine Fluval part – manufactured to the original fit, not a generic substitute.
  • Slotted diffuser design – spreads the pump's outflow across the water surface instead of a single jet, which helps surface agitation and gas exchange.
  • Clips onto the existing filter box – no tools or silicone needed to fit.

Will it fit my tank?

This nozzle fits the internal filter box of the Fluval Spec III 10 L aquarium (models 10515 Black and 10517 White) and the Fluval Spec V 19 L aquarium (models 10516 Black and 10518 White). It does not fit the Fluval Spec I 7.6 L, the Fluval Evo range, or the Fluval Flex range – those use a different output fitting.

Suitable for, and not suitable for

Suitable as a like-for-like replacement on a Fluval Spec III or Spec V that came with this style of nozzle. Not suitable for older Spec I units or for Evo and Flex kits, which take a different part.

Warranty and delivery

Covered by Fluval's standard parts warranty against manufacturing defects. Standard parcel delivery Australia-wide.

Common questions

Will this fit my Fluval Spec 10 L or 19 L tank?

Yes, if your tank is a Fluval Spec III (10 L) or Spec V (19 L). Check your model number on the base of the tank if you're unsure.

Does it fit the Fluval Evo or Flex?

No. The Evo and Flex ranges use a different output fitting – check the Fluval parts diagram for your specific model before ordering.

Why is my flow weaker after fitting this?

The slotted design spreads flow across a wider area rather than one jet, which can feel gentler even though total output is unchanged.
