Suitable for hatchling and juvenile turtle tanks and small semi-aquatic setups. Not enough filter for a tank over 38 litres of water; the Economy Turtle Clean Filter Medium (Zoo Med TurtleClean 20) is the next size up. Replacement cartridges are sold separately.

Mains-powered: keep the plug above the waterline with a drip loop in the cord, run it from an RCD (safety switch) protected outlet, and unplug before any maintenance.
