AUV Barb Fitting 2pk
Replacement 3/4 inch barb fittings for Aqua Ultraviolet Twist sterilisers. This Aqua Ultraviolet pack lets you run soft hose to a Twist UV steriliser (an in-line unit that uses ultraviolet light to kill free-floating algae and bacteria in the water). Each barb screws into a union half that fits the Twist body, and the barb end takes flexible hose.

Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for connecting flexible hose to an Aqua Ultraviolet Twist 25 W or 57 W unit, in freshwater or marine systems. Not suitable for other brands of steriliser. Hose and hose clamps are not included.
Care
Replace a fitting if it cracks, if the hose keeps working loose, or if the joint weeps. A hose clamp on each barb gives a more secure joint.
