- Eco Tech Desert Cactus 16cm — a single-stem companion piece to build out the same desert scape.

Common questions
Will the spines hurt my reptile?
No — this is a smooth artificial cactus with no real spines, so there's no injury risk from climbing past or resting against it.
Does it need to be planted in substrate?
No — it's freestanding and sits directly on the substrate surface.
Is it safe to use near a heat lamp?
Keep it outside your heat or UV lamp's stated minimum mounting distance, the same as you would with any decor item — it isn't tested for direct heat contact.
Is it suitable for a humid or bioactive enclosure?
It won't be damaged by humidity, but it's styled for arid and desert displays, so it will look out of place in a rainforest or bioactive build.
