Exo Terra Pro Terrarium Door Small / Wide 45 x 45 x 45cm
A cracked or missing door on a Pro Terrarium doesn't mean starting over – this is the genuine Exo Terra replacement. Part number PT4944 is the front glass door made for the Exo Terra Pro Terrarium Small/Wide, 45 x 45 x 45cm (PT4404), and it restores the same spring-loaded push latch and integrated lock as the original door.
Key features
- Genuine fit – built to the exact opening of the Pro Terrarium Small/Wide (PT4404), so there is no trimming or adapting required.
- Spring-loaded push latch – matches the self-closing action of the factory door, so the enclosure stays secure between visits.
- Integrated lock point – the same lock position as the original door, so an existing padlock still works.
- Low-front glass panel – keeps the eye-level layout that lets you feed, mist and clean without reaching down from above.

Common questions
Will this fit my Pro Terrarium Medium/Wide or another size?
No. PT4944 is sized for the Small/Wide 45 x 45 x 45cm model (PT4404) only. Each Pro Terrarium size uses its own door.
Does it come with the latch and lock hardware fitted?
Yes, the latch is pre-fitted to the door so it operates the same way as the original.
Can I fit this myself?
Yes. It is a straightforward swap using the same hinge points as the factory door, with no cutting or drilling required.
My terrarium has two doors and only one is broken – do I need to replace both?
No. Order one PT4944 to replace just the damaged door – the two doors are identical and sold individually.
