Will this fit my Medium X-Tall or Large X-Tall terrarium?

No. This door is sized for the Small X-Tall model (PT2606) only – the Medium X-Tall, Large X-Tall and Large Low terrariums use different door heights.

Does it include the lock and hinge hardware?

The door panel is supplied as shown. Check your existing lock and hinge hardware before ordering if a part beyond the glass itself needs replacing.
