Fluval G3 & G6 AquaStop Valve
The genuine AQUASTOP valve for the Fluval G3 and G6. The AQUASTOP valve (Fluval part A20254) fits into the top of the G3 or G6 filter head and connects the hoses to the filter. Lifting the valve lever upright stops the water flow, and lifting the black release lever lets you take the whole valve assembly off the filter without separating the hoses, which makes cleaning much easier.

Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for replacing a worn, cracked or leaking AQUASTOP valve on a Fluval G3 or G6. Not for FX series or 06/07 series filters, which use their own AQUASTOP valves.
Care
To fit, lift the silver valve lever fully upright, lift the black release lever, insert the valve into the top of the filter with the indicator arrows facing the front, close the release lever, then pull the valve lever down to open the flow. Unplug the filter before any service.
