Suitable for the Monsoon RS400. Check your model before ordering if you run a different Monsoon unit. A filter does not remove dissolved minerals, so Exo Terra says to use only demineralised or distilled water, or clean rainwater, since tap water clogs the nozzles with mineral deposits.

Make sure the filter is pushed fully onto the spigot and sits inside the reservoir. Replace it at least every six months, sooner with heavy use or poor water.
