The Red Sea MAX Nano Cube Cabinet is the marine-spec cabinet Red Sea designed specifically for the MAX Nano Cube G2 aquarium (sold separately) — an enclosed compartment for salt, dosing containers and equipment beneath a matching, weatherproof finish.

Not included: the MAX Nano Cube G2 aquarium, lighting, pump, skimmer, auto top-off, heater, and any livestock, rock, sand or saltwater — all sold separately.
Will it fit my Red Sea system?
This cabinet is cut for the MAX Nano Cube G2's 45 × 45 cm footprint only. It is not sized for the MAX Nano Peninsula G2 (45 × 58.5 cm) or the MAX Nano XL G2 (50 × 60 cm) — each of those has its own cabinet, and the three are not interchangeable.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for anyone running, or about to set up, a MAX Nano Cube G2 who wants the matching stand rather than open shelving or their own furniture. Not suitable as a stand for a different tank — it isn't cut for any other footprint, and Red Sea doesn't publish a load rating for use outside the Cube G2 it was designed around.
Warranty and delivery
Covered by Red Sea's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to the consumer guarantees you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. As a flat-packed furniture item it ships via standard parcel freight.
Common questions
Does this cabinet come with the aquarium?
No. This listing is the cabinet only. The MAX Nano Cube G2 aquarium, and its lighting, pump, skimmer and auto top-off, are sold as a separate product.
Will the MAX Nano Peninsula G2 or XL G2 fit on this cabinet?
No. Each MAX Nano G2 model has its own cabinet, cut to that model's footprint — 45 × 45 cm for the Cube, 45 × 58.5 cm for the Peninsula, 50 × 60 cm for the XL. This listing is the Cube cabinet.
Does the cabinet need to be levelled?
Yes. As with any aquarium stand, check the floor and cabinet top are level before the tank goes on — an uneven base stresses the glass unevenly once the tank is filled.
Is the cabinet waterproof?
The doors and exterior are finished in a weatherproof epoxy paint that copes with incidental splashes and the humidity of a running reef tank. It isn't designed to sit in standing water, so a stray overflow should still be mopped up promptly.
