No. The two filters use differently sized housings, so the size 10 cartridge is made specifically for the Paludarium Filter 10 and the size 20 cartridge specifically for the Paludarium Filter 20.

How often do I need to replace this cartridge?

Zoo Med recommends rinsing the sponge every three weeks, or sooner if flow drops, rather than a fixed replacement schedule. Replace the whole cartridge once rinsing stops restoring flow.
