What you'll still need
The kit does not include hermit crabs, a heat source, or a UVB or heat lamp. Hermit crabs need stable warmth and humidity, so most keepers add a low-wattage heat source suited to the enclosure and monitor temperature and humidity separately once the kit is set up.
