Suitable for large freshwater ponds feeding a pressurised filter, waterfall or stream with a few metres of rise. Flow falls as lift rises, so expect less than the rated 12,000 litres per hour through real pipework. Runs submerged or inline. Freshwater only, not for saltwater.

Mains-powered pond equipment: run it from an RCD (safety switch) protected outdoor outlet, keep the plug out of standing water, and switch off before putting hands in the pond.
