Will it fit my Large/X-Tall or Large/Tall terrarium?

No. This door is sized for the Large/Low model (PT2611) only — the Large/Tall and Large/X-Tall terrariums use taller doors.

Does it come with hinge or lock hardware?

The door panel is supplied as shown. Check your existing hinge and lock hardware before ordering if you need to replace more than the glass.
