The Exo Terra Medium Tall Terrarium (60 × 45 × 60 cm) balances floor space and height – enough ground for terrestrial and semi-arboreal species, enough height for climbers and a planted scape. If you're not sure which format your future setups will take, this is the safer bet.

- Not the best fit for dedicated arboreal species that need real height to establish territory – the Medium Extra Tall (60 × 45 × 90 cm) suits those better.
Setting up the enclosure
Heat and UVB sources mount above the screen top rather than inside the terrarium. Measure the mounting distance down from the mesh to the animal's basking spot, using the specific lamp's own gradient chart – mesh in the light path reduces the UV index reaching the animal compared with an open-air reading.
