Exo Terra Terrasky Planted Terrarium LED Light Unit
An LED light made for planted terrariums, with weather effects on a remote. The Exo Terra TerraSky is a 12 W LED fixture with 24 bright white 6500 K LEDs (a cool daylight colour) and 12 tricoloured RGB LEDs (red, green and blue, mixed to make other colours). The white LEDs drive plant growth, and the RGB LEDs add sunrise, sunset, moonlight, cloud and storm effects. Extendable brackets fit it over terrariums 38 to 60 cm wide.

Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for planted terrariums and paludariums (part water, part land setups) 38 to 60 cm wide. Light for plants drops quickly with distance, as the PAR figures show, so plan your planting with that in mind. It does not give UVB and is not a heat source, so reptiles that need UVB or basking heat still need a UVB lamp and a heat lamp; Exo Terra's TerraSky UV is the UVB version.
Care
Unplug, then wipe the outside with a damp cloth to remove dust and mineral deposits. Do not use detergents or harsh cleaners, and let it dry completely before plugging back in.
Safety
For indoor use only. Keep it out of direct sunlight and do not submerge it: IP54 means splash resistant, not waterproof. Use only the power supply that comes with the light, and keep the plug and power supply away from water.
