Vortech MP40 Thin Spacer (6-13mm Glass)
The spacer that matches your MP40 to glass between 6 and 13 mm thick. This is the genuine EcoTech Marine thin spacer (part MP005) for the VorTech MP40wQD, the QuietDrive version of the MP40 propeller pump. A VorTech pump has a wet side inside the tank and a dry side outside, held together by magnets through the glass. The spacer presses on to the dry side so the gap between the two sides suits your glass thickness.

Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for MP40wQD owners whose glass is over 6 mm and up to 13 mm thick. Measure the glass where the pump will sit before ordering. For glass 6 mm or thinner, EcoTech specifies the thick spacer (listed separately as the Vortech MP40 Thick Spacer). For glass over 13 mm, EcoTech specifies the gasket only, with no plastic spacer; the MP40 works on glass up to 19 mm (3/4 inch).
