Care and maintenance
Red Sea recommends servicing the ReefWave 45 annually, descaling the wet-side components in a dilute citric acid solution and replacing the rotor and O-rings together rather than waiting for a fault to appear. The ReefWave 45 Service Pack bundles the O-rings, bushes and connectors normally replaced at the same time as this rotor.

Suitable as a routine annual service part or as a fix for an existing ReefWave 45 that has started rattling or running rough. Not suitable for the ReefWave 25 – order R35233 for that model instead.
