Glass aquariums, all in one kits and the cabinets to sit them on, from Bioscape, Fluval, Juwel and Ziss Aqua. Sizes run from small nano and betta tanks through to larger display aquariums for cichlids, natives and community setups.
Complete kits include the filter, light and usually a heater, which makes them the simplest way to start. Bare tanks suit keepers who already know what filtration and lighting they want to run.
Bigger is genuinely easier for a beginner. A larger volume of water is slower to swing in temperature and chemistry, which gives you more time to notice and correct a problem before it affects the fish.
Larger tanks are available for pick up from our North Lakes store in Brisbane, and smaller sizes ship Australia wide.
