Aqua Medic Tank Union
A bulkhead fitting that seals a drilled tank or sump wall against a leak, in three sizes matched to standard 25, 32 and 40 mm pipe. The Aqua Medic Tank Union is a two-piece ABS fitting that passes through a drilled hole in glass or acrylic and gives you a threaded connection on the other side for rigid PVC plumbing – the standard way to run an overflow, drain or return through a tank or sump wall. It ships with the sealing ring and clamping nut needed to fit it, and its low-profile body lets the tank drain closer to empty than a taller fitting would.

Which size do I need?
Match the union to the pipe you're already running, or plan to run: TV25 for 25 mm pipe (a common size for smaller overflows and returns), TV32 for 32 mm, and TV40 for 40 mm, which suits higher-flow drains on larger systems.

Care and maintenance
Check the seal periodically for any weeping, and replace the sealing ring if it hardens or shows wear – this is a wear item on any bulkhead fitting over years of submersion.
