The largest floor-to-ceiling build in Bioscape's Cloud Wide range. The Bioscape Cloud Terrarium Wide Large is a 45 x 30 x 40 cm glass enclosure with 5 mm glass, holding 54 L, on Bioscape's raised glass base. It's the tallest of the four Cloud Wide sizes we stock, with enough height for a real hardscape build or a tiered paludarium. It ships as bare glass only – no light, cover, substrate or livestock – and Bioscape does not rate it to be filled to the brim.

Choose the Wide Large over the Wide Medium when you need real height – 40 cm against 23 cm – for a layered hardscape, taller stem plants, or a paludarium with a distinct water and land zone.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
- Suitable for: larger freshwater aquascapes, paludariums with a defined water level, tall planted terrariums, and display builds that need genuine vertical space.
- Not suitable for: housing livestock on its own – fish, shrimp and reptiles need filtration, heating and/or ventilation this bare tank doesn't provide. Bioscape states this tank is not to be filled completely with water; run it at a partial water level for an aquascape or paludarium rather than as a full-fill aquarium.

- Not included: lighting, cover glass, substrate, plants, moss, filtration and any livestock. Australian retailers confirm no lid or cover ships with this tank – the matching 45 x 30 cm cover is a separate purchase.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the glass with an aquarium-safe cleaner or plain water – avoid household glass cleaners, which can leave a residue harmful to plants and aquatic life. Once the tank is stocked with substrate, hardscape and water, move it as little as possible; lift it empty, never full.
Safety
Glass edges are unpolished on the inside seams. This is a two-person lift once furnished – substrate, hardscape and 54 L of water add significant weight. Sit it on a stable, level surface rated for the filled weight before adding water.
