Care and maintenance
Rinse lightly under tap water before adding it to the tank. Wipe off any algae film with a soft brush during routine maintenance. It's safe to leave in place indefinitely, or lift out and rinse if you reaquascape.

No. This is a static resin ornament with no air line fitting or moving parts.
Is resin safe for shrimp and inverts?
Yes. High-grade aquarium resin is inert and doesn't leach into the water, so it's safe alongside shrimp and other invertebrates.
Is it big enough for a nano tank?
Yes, at 9 x 8cm it suits nano and betta tanks as well as the foreground of larger displays.
Will it change my water chemistry?
