Bioscape Gargoyle Snake Creature 16 x 15 x 21cm
A mythical hiding spot with a genuinely hollow body. The Bioscape Gargoyle Snake Creature is a 16 x 15 x 21cm aquarium ornament that fuses a gargoyle and a serpent into one entwined, textured resin sculpture. Unlike a solid statue piece, the body is hollow, so it doubles as a cave for fish to duck into as well as a display centrepiece.
Key features
- Hollow, entwined body — gives fish somewhere to actually swim into and hide, not just a decorative shape.
- Detailed resin sculpt — dramatic, textured finish across the gargoyle-and-serpent form.
- Durable, aquarium-safe resin — made for permanent submersion, in line with the rest of the Bioscape ornament range.
- Freshwater and saltwater safe — inert material doesn't affect water chemistry in either setup.

Care and maintenance
Rinse under tap water before adding it to the tank. Wipe off algae film during routine maintenance with a soft brush or cloth. It's safe to leave in the aquarium indefinitely, and can be lifted out and rinsed for reuse if you reaquascape.
Warranty and delivery

Common questions
Is it safe for a saltwater tank?
Yes — the resin is inert and doesn't leach into freshwater or saltwater.
Will it change my water chemistry?
No. It's non-reactive and won't affect pH or hardness.
Can fish actually get inside it?
Yes — the body is hollow with an entwined cavity, not just a solid decorative shape.
Do I need to rinse it before use?
A light rinse under tap water is enough to clear dust from packaging and shipping.
