At 24 cm long and 13 cm high, this is the largest piece in Bioscape's moss creature range — check it clears any lid, hood or light fixture before use, and allow enough floor space that it doesn't crowd a smaller aquascape.

Suitable for medium to large freshwater and marine aquariums where a large statement piece and a genuine hiding cave are wanted. Not suitable for nano tanks or small bowls, where its 24 cm footprint will dominate the layout, and not recommended for tanks stocked with fish inclined to pick at painted or textured resin surfaces.

Rinse lightly under tap water before placing it in the tank to clear any dust from packaging and transit. Beyond that it needs no special care — normal algae scraping during routine tank maintenance is fine on the resin surface.

No — it's weighted to sit firmly on the substrate once submerged, so it won't drift or tip once the tank is filled.

Yes, a light rinse under tap water clears any dust picked up in packaging and transit.

Will fish actually use the hiding space?
