Suitable for aquariums up to 250 litres where you want filtration and heating in one unit. For bigger tanks, Bioscape makes the same filter in 1620 litres per hour (up to 400 litres) and 2000 litres per hour (up to 600 litres).

Turn the power off before servicing. Before opening the pre-filter, loosen the drain switch and let the pre-filter basket drain for about one minute, or water will overflow from it. Clean the filter media, impeller and motor parts at each service. Keep the motor head seal ring clean and free of debris, and replace it as soon as it shows wear, to prevent leaks.

Plug the filter into an RCD (safety switch) protected outlet, keep the power lead and plug clear of splash, and unplug before any maintenance.
