A skeletal warrior statue that doubles as a fish hideout. The Bioscape Skeleton General is a 16 × 13 × 25 cm resin ornament styled as a fallen armoured figure, with open cavities through the base and ribcage that give small fish and shrimp somewhere to retreat.

Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for freshwater and marine aquariums where a themed centrepiece with fish-sized hiding spots is wanted. At 25 cm tall it needs clearance above the substrate to sit properly – check it against your tank's internal height before ordering, particularly in nano and shallow setups. Not designed as a reptile or terrarium climbing feature; it's built and finished as an aquatic ornament.
Care and maintenance
Rinse thoroughly under running water before adding it to the tank to clear casting dust and any loose resin particles. It's inert once rinsed and needs no soaking, curing or ongoing maintenance beyond the occasional wipe-down during a normal clean.

Common questions
Will it change my water chemistry?
No. It's cast in non-toxic, inert resin that won't shift pH or hardness once rinsed.
Does it float or sink?
It sinks and sits in place on the substrate without needing to be glued or weighted down.
Is it reef safe?
Bioscape markets it as safe for both freshwater and marine tanks. As with any new ornament in an established reef system, rinse it well and introduce it gradually if you're being cautious.
Will fish actually use the hideouts?
The ribcage and base cavities are sized for small to medium fish and shrimp, and open-fronted hides like this are readily used by shy or territorial species.
