Bioscape Triple Skull Mountain 18 x 14cm

Layered skull peaks with open cubbies shy fish can duck into. The Bioscape Triple Skull Mountain is a hand-finished, non-toxic resin ornament at 18 × 14 cm, cast as three stacked skull-topped peaks with gaps and hollows fish can use as cover, and safe for both freshwater and marine aquariums.

Key features
  • Hand-finished resin — cast and hand-painted, so texture and colour vary slightly piece to piece.
  • Three linked peaks — a stepped, layered shape that reads as one mountain feature rather than three separate ornaments.
  • Open cubbies — gaps between the peaks give shy fish and shrimp somewhere to retreat without leaving the display.

Suitable for, and not suitable for

Suitable for freshwater and marine aquariums wanting a gothic or fantasy-themed centrepiece. Not designed as a reptile basking or climbing feature — it's finished for submersion.

Care and maintenance

Rinse thoroughly under running water before adding it to the tank to clear manufacturing dust or loose resin particles. No soaking or curing is required — it's inert and won't affect pH or water hardness.

Warranty and delivery

Covered against manufacturing defects under Bioscape's warranty, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Common questions

Will it affect my water chemistry?

No — it's a non-toxic, inert resin that doesn't alter pH or hardness.

Does it float or sink?

It sinks and sits in place on the substrate; no gluing or weighting down is needed for normal use.

Is it reef safe?

Bioscape markets it as safe for both freshwater and marine setups, but as with any ornament in a sensitive reef system, rinse it well and introduce it gradually if you're being cautious.
