At 45cm high on a 90 x 45cm footprint, this is the tallest of the Large Pro Terrarium models with the wide footprint retained. Choose it over the Large/Low (90 x 45 x 30cm) when the species benefits from some climbing height as well as floor space, and over the narrower Medium models when floor area is the priority.

Suitable for terrestrial and semi-arboreal reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates that use both floor space and moderate height, and for keepers setting up multiple temperature or humidity zones in one enclosure. Not the ideal choice for fully arboreal species needing significant climbing height – the Large/Tall model suits those better.

The enclosure ships as the glass and frame unit only: doors, lockable screen top, raised base frame and the internal cable and misting gutters. It does not include substrate, decor, heating, lighting, a thermostat or a stand – these are sold separately and sized to the enclosure's 90 x 45 x 45cm internal volume.

The front glass and dirt collector are designed for routine wiping without disassembling the enclosure. The stainless steel screen top lifts clear for full access during a deep clean or substrate change.

Fit any heat mat only to the raised base frame provided for it, on a dedicated thermostat – never on a plain on/off connection. Fit any heat or UVB lamp above the screen top rather than inside the enclosure, and check the specific lamp's own mounting-distance guidance before positioning it, since safe distance varies by wattage and model.

What's the difference between the Large/Wide and Large/Low?

Both share the same 90 x 45cm footprint. The Large/Wide stands 45cm tall for species that use some vertical space; the Large/Low stands 30cm tall for strictly ground-dwelling species.

Can I run a heat mat and an overhead lamp at the same time?

Yes – the raised base frame is designed for a heat mat underneath, while the stainless steel screen top allows a heat or UVB lamp to sit above without blocking airflow.

Does it come with a stand?

No, the enclosure is sold on its own. A stand rated for the filled weight of a 90 x 45 x 45cm setup should be sourced separately.

Can I create separate basking and cool zones in this size?

Yes – the 90cm length is specifically what allows a basking area at one end and a cooler hide at the other, with a real temperature gradient between them.
