Is this the left or right door?

This is the right-hand door, fitted on the right when you're standing in front of the terrarium looking in.

Will this fit my Small X-Tall or Medium X-Tall terrarium?

No. This door is sized for the Large Low model (PT2611) only – the Small X-Tall, Medium X-Tall and Large X-Tall terrariums use different door heights.

Does it include the lock and hinge hardware?

The door panel is supplied as shown. Check your existing lock and hinge hardware before ordering if a part beyond the glass itself needs replacing.
