Exo Terra Screen Cover for 18 x 24" Glass Terrarium
A genuine Exo Terra replacement screen top, cut for the 60 × 45 cm footprint shared by four Medium-range terrariums. This aluminium mesh cover (PT2617) replaces a damaged, corroded or missing screen lid, restoring full ventilation and UVB penetration without buying a whole new enclosure.

This cover is sized for the 60 × 45 cm footprint and fits four Exo Terra Natural Terrarium models that share it at different heights:

It does not fit the Small (45 × 45 cm) or Large (90 × 45 cm) footprint Natural Terrariums, and it is not compatible with the separate Exo Terra Screen Terrarium range, which is a full-mesh unibody design with its own frame.
Fitting
The cover sits directly onto the existing frame in place of the original screen top. No tools or drilling are needed for a straight swap.

Common questions
Will this fit my Exo Terra Large or Small terrarium?
No. This cover is cut for the 60 × 45 cm Medium footprint only. Small terrariums (45 × 45 cm) and Large terrariums (90 × 45 cm) each need their own differently sized screen top.
Does the mesh let UVB light through?
Yes. The aluminium mesh is designed to pass UVB wavelengths, though any mesh reduces UV output compared with an open top — check your UVB lamp's own product page for its mesh-adjusted output distance.
Can I use it on the Exo Terra Screen Terrarium range instead of a Natural Terrarium?
No. The Screen Terrarium range is a full-mesh unibody design with its own frame and does not use this cover.
