The rim attachment that holds the G3 and G6 intake and output on the tank. This is Fluval part A20251, the rim connector assembly with suction cups for the G3 and G6 Advanced Filtration Systems. The G3 and G6 are canister filters that sit below the aquarium; the rim attachments slide over the back rim of the tank and hold the intake and output assemblies in place, with suction cups gripping the glass.

Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for replacing a broken rim attachment or perished suction cups on a Fluval G3 or G6. Not for FX series or 05/06/07 series filters, which have their own rim connectors.
Care
Fit two suction cups on each side of the rim attachment so they face each other, then place it over the back rim with the side carrying the nut on the outside. Wipe the glass clean where the cups sit so they grip well.
