Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for the Fluval Sea Mini Protein Skimmer (14324) only. It is the skimmer's foam pump, not a general circulation pump. The impeller is also sold separately (part A19085).
Safety
Unplug the skimmer before removing the pump. Fluval says to disconnect it and take the skimmer out of the water if it leaks abnormally or the RCD (residual current device, the safety switch that cuts power when it detects a leak to earth) trips. Where calcium has built up, soak the parts in a 20 percent vinegar solution for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
