Care and maintenance
Rinse in tank water or dechlorinated water, never under a hot tap and never with soap or detergent. Residue from cleaning products is harmful to fish. An old toothbrush will lift algae out of the embossed detail. If the paint wears over time the resin underneath is still inert, so a faded ornament is a cosmetic issue rather than a water quality one.
