If your system is a Reefer G2, G2+ or G3, the connector profile has changed since G1 and this isn't guaranteed to be the correct seal — check your system's generation (it's on the original packaging or your invoice) or contact us with your model before ordering, rather than guessing from tank size alone.
Fitting
Remove the old O-ring, clean the spigot and connector bore of any salt creep, and lightly lubricate the new ring with an aquarium-safe silicone grease before refitting. A dry ring is more likely to pinch and fail early than one that's been lubricated.
