Will it fit my tank?
This extension is sized for the REEFER G2 350–1000 sump plumbing family: the G2 350, 425, 525, 625, 750, 900, S-850 and S-1000 (Red Sea's Large and Extra Large G2 tiers). It is not designed for the original, pre-G2 REEFER range, which uses different sump fittings. If you're not certain which generation your sump is, check the model plate on the cabinet before ordering, or send us a photo of the sump and we'll confirm the fit.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for anyone extending, repairing or replacing a section of the sump return plumbing on a REEFER G2 350–1000 series aquarium, including the REEFER MAX versions of these models, which are built on the same G2 aquarium, cabinet and sump. Not suitable as a general-purpose aquarium pipe fitting — the bore and wall thickness are matched to Red Sea's own fittings and may not seal reliably against pipe or unions from other brands.

Will it fit my original, non-G2 Reefer?
No. This extension is made for the REEFER G2 350–1000 sump plumbing. The original REEFER range uses different sump fittings.
Does it come with fittings or glue?
It's supplied as the pipe extension section only, for use with the existing solvent weld or push-fit joins already in your sump plumbing.
Can I use it on a Reefer MAX?
Yes. The REEFER MAX shares the same G2 aquarium, cabinet and sump plumbing as the standard REEFER G2 of the same size, so this extension fits it as well.
