ReefSense Single Probe Holder
A magnetic home for one ReefSense probe. This is the same single-probe holder that ships as standard with a Red Sea ReefControl Lite or ReefControl Pro, sold separately for anyone adding a probe, splitting probes between two locations, or replacing one that has gone missing in a sump. It takes any probe in the ReefSense range and holds it at a steady depth so a knock or a current change does not throw the reading off.
It is a mount only – the probe itself, the controller and the cabling are sold separately.

Will it fit my system?
Yes, if you own a Red Sea ReefControl Lite, ReefControl Pro or ReefControl Pro DLX Kit. The holder is not wired to a specific port or probe type – it is a physical mount that any ReefSense probe clips into, so it works whether you are holding the pH & Temperature probe your controller shipped with or a Salinity, ORP or Temperature probe you have added since.
If you need to mount several probes close together rather than one at a time, the ReefSense Magnetic 4-Probe Holder puts up to four on one bracket instead.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for: adding a probe position to an existing ReefControl system, splitting probes across a display and a sump, or replacing a lost or cracked holder.
Not suitable for: anything other than a genuine ReefSense probe – it is not a general-purpose equipment bracket and will not hold a third-party probe or sensor.

Does one holder work with any ReefSense probe?
Yes. The holder is a physical mount, not matched to a particular probe – it takes the pH & Temperature, Salinity & Temperature, ORP or standalone Temperature probe interchangeably.
Do I need this if I already have a ReefControl Lite or Pro?
Only if you are adding a probe beyond the one that ships with the controller, mounting probes in two different locations, or replacing a holder that has been lost or damaged. Each Lite and Pro ships with one holder already.
Can it hold more than one probe at a time?
No – this is the single-probe version. For multiple probes on one bracket, the ReefSense Magnetic 4-Probe Holder holds up to four.
Does it need any tools to fit?
No. It is a magnetic mount that attaches inside the sump or tank wall by hand.
