Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for turtle tanks, axolotl tanks, freshwater aquascapes and ponds. Axolotls can swallow small stones, which can block their gut (impaction), so keep any stone small enough to fit in their mouth out of an axolotl tank. If you keep soft-water fish or shrimp, soak a piece in a bucket of tank water for a week and test pH and hardness before using the whole box. Not a matched set; contents vary box to box.
Care and maintenance
Wash thoroughly before use. Vacuum between the stones at water changes, since waste collects in the gaps.
