Reptile Brands

Four reptile brands do most of the work in our reptile room, and this page gathers them with the feeders that keep the animals fed. Arcadia makes UVB lighting, heating and supplements; Exo Terra, part of the Canadian Hagen group, makes terrariums and decor; Zoo Med is the Californian company that made the first UVB lamp for reptiles in 1993; and Eco Tech makes our thermostats, backgrounds and flat pack terrariums. Penn Plax adds its Lizard Lounger hammocks. Live feeders sit here too: crickets, dubia roaches, woodies, silkworms, mealworms, superworms and black soldier fly larvae, along with frozen rats, mice and quail for snakes and monitors.
