The Bioscape Cloud Terrarium Wide Medium is a 45 x 35 x 23 cm glass enclosure with 5 mm glass, holding around 36 L, on Bioscape's signature raised glass base. It's the third of four Cloud Wide sizes we stock, stepping up to a genuinely large floor area while staying under half the height of the Wide Large. It ships as bare glass only — no light, cover, substrate or livestock.

Choose the Wide Medium over the Wide Large if you want the widest possible floor area for a low, spread-out aquascape or terrarium and don't need the Large's extra 17 cm of height for tall hardscape or planting.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
- Suitable for: larger freshwater aquascapes and planted terrariums that need floor area more than height, moss and low-growing plant layouts, and paludarium builds kept well below the rim.
- Not suitable for: housing livestock on its own — fish, shrimp and reptiles need filtration, heating and/or ventilation this bare tank doesn't provide. Bioscape states its Wide Large sibling is not designed to be filled completely with water; treat the Wide Medium the same way until Bioscape confirms otherwise.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the glass with an aquarium-safe cleaner or plain water — avoid household glass cleaners, which can leave a residue harmful to plants and aquatic life. Use a soft algae pad rather than a razor scraper unless you've confirmed the glass gauge with us first.
Safety
Glass edges are unpolished on the inside seams — handle an empty tank by the base rather than the rim, and get a second person to help lift it once it's stocked with substrate and hardscape. The raised glass base is a design feature, not a step or shelf.
