Suitable for freshwater ornamental and goldfish ponds. Bioscape has not published a pond size rating for this unit, so talk to us about your pond's volume and stocking before you buy. The UV clears green water algae; it does not treat fish disease.

Run it from an RCD (safety switch) protected outdoor outlet. Never look at a lit UV-C lamp outside its housing; UV-C light damages eyes and skin. UV-C output fades before the lamp stops glowing, so replace it on a regular schedule rather than waiting for it to fail.
