Fluval Flex Cabinet Stand 123ltr
The purpose-built cabinet for the Fluval Flex Marine 123 L, engineered to follow the tank's own curved lines. It puts the aquarium at comfortable viewing height and hides food, conditioner, spare equipment and cabling behind soft-close doors. Available in Black or White, both with the same footprint and features.
Key features
- Purpose-built for the Flex 123 L — the curved cabinet front follows the tank's own contours; it isn't a generic rectangular stand.
- Soft-close swing doors — open to an interior shelf for storing food, conditioners and spare equipment out of sight.
- Rear cable and hose management — a rear panel opening keeps pump and heater cords tidy rather than trailing down the back.
- Two matching finishes — Black with an ash grain-look door finish, or White with a bardolino oak-look door finish, both gloss-edged. These are printed finishes, not solid ash or oak.

Will it fit my tank?
This cabinet is built specifically for the Fluval Flex Marine 123 L (the same aquarium sold on our site as "Fluval Flex Aquarium Marine 123ltr Black") and follows that tank's curved footprint exactly. Fluval sells separate, differently sized stands for the smaller 34 L and 57 L Flex 2.0 tanks — this cabinet is not interchangeable with those.
Care and maintenance
Fluval describes assembly as straightforward, though a published tool list, assembly time or a two-person recommendation isn't available from Fluval — we'd suggest having a second person on hand given the cabinet's size. Wipe finished surfaces with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners on the gloss-edged doors.
Safety
A filled Flex 123 L holds roughly 123 kg of water alone, before the glass, substrate, rock and equipment are added — that's a substantial, concentrated load. Set the cabinet on a level, structurally sound floor, check it sits flat with no rock before filling the tank, and keep it away from direct sun and heat sources that could warp the doors. Fluval doesn't publish a specific rated load capacity for this cabinet; if you have any doubt about your floor's ability to carry a filled 123 L system, get advice before filling it.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
Suitable for the Fluval Flex Marine 123 L only. Not suitable, and not sized for, any other Fluval Flex tank or any other aquarium.
Goes well with
- Fluval Flex Aquarium Marine 123ltr Black — the tank this cabinet is built for.
- Fluval SEA Mini Power Protein Skimmer, 20–80 L — stores neatly on the cabinet's interior shelf.
- Fluval T Electronic Heater — its cord routes through the cabinet's rear cable panel.

Common questions
Will this fit my Flex 34 L or 57 L?
No. Fluval makes separate stands sized for those smaller tanks; this cabinet's curved front is built specifically for the 123 L Marine Flex.
Is the door finish real timber?
No — both the ash grain-look (Black) and bardolino oak-look (White) doors are a printed finish over the cabinet material, not solid wood.
How much weight can it hold?
Fluval doesn't publish a specific rated capacity. It's engineered for the filled Flex 123 L, which holds roughly 123 kg of water alone before glass, substrate and rock are added — always set it on a level, solid floor.
Does it come assembled?
No, it's flat-pack. Fluval describes assembly as straightforward but doesn't publish a tool list or time estimate — we'd recommend having a second person help given its size.
