This nozzle is sized for the standard REEFER range listed above. It does not fit the REEFER XXL or Peninsula ranges, which use their own larger nozzle assembly, Red Sea part 42319 — check your model before ordering if you're running an XXL or Peninsula system.

Care and maintenance
Rinse periodically to clear coralline algae or detritus build-up around the nozzle opening, which can otherwise narrow the outlet and reduce surface flow over time.

Do I need to drain the sump to fit it?
It's a push-fit onto the existing return plumbing, so a full sump drain generally isn't required — check the water level around the fitting point before you start.
